What is recyclable?


The packaging is curbside friendly after installing and building.


Is anything from the RAKK 1.0 compatible with RAKK 2.0?


Nothing will work from RAKK 1.0 for RAKK 2.0 and vice versa.


What wheel sizes work with RAKK 2.0?


Position the pulleys in the bolts for the following:


27.5"-29" for top hole

22"-26" for middle hole

16"-20" for bottom hole (will need RAKK 2.0 Mini Adapter also)



What are the dimensions of RAKK 2.0 and older models?


The following info is in inches.
XL: 13 X 17 X 16
Rakk 1.0: 12 X 17 X 16
Rakk 2.0: 12 X 20 X20


(Height is around 2.5"  when collapsed)


Do you have adapter to combine RAKK 2.0 together?

No we do not have a link to connect units.


How can I keep unit from sliding when putting bike in? 

Make sure unit is directly in front of bike when putting bike in. If it is sideways, bike might fall over. Hold feet while putting bike in.
