Yes. Since E-bikes are speed limited you won't be putting any more force than a traditional rider on the Omnium.

If you find yourself using an e-bike on the Omnium make sure you and bikes total weight does not exceed the max weight of 225lbs. 

*Some E-bikes have a 12x110 Thru Axle like the Specialized Creo and the Focus Paralene2 do not currently work for the Omnium. Please verify the that your bike has the appropriate thru axle before ordering.
